Solid Stay with Great Location
free water helpful staff clean pool
I found free water available in the lobby. The staff was polite and helpful. They let me keep my luggage before check-in. The pool was clean, and the room was spacious. The cleaning service was nice as well.
The air conditioning was not working properly in the first room. The reception's initial response was to open the window. When I got a new room, the AC worked better but it made a lot of noise.

charming surprise!
rooftop pool friendly staff simple checkout
i HAVE enjoyed the rooftop pool area. it offers some nice views. i found the room Clean, and the staff proved friendly at all times. leaving my bags after checkout was simple.
the room size was a little SMALL.

the hotel is near a metro station providing easy access. many central streets are also within walking distance allowing for convenient exploration. bus stops around adds more options for moving around the AREA.

wonderful stay and great service
friendly staff early arrival cozy room rooftop pool
i found the staff very friendly. they accommodated my early arrival after my flight. the room was cozy and the cleaning service changed towels daily. i really liked the free water in the lobby (it was very useful!). the rooftop pool was clean.
the elevator made a noticeable bump upon arrival at each floor, but it was still functional.
